We're kicking off the Therapy 101 series with a live recording of BLACK in One Piece™, hosted and facilitated by Dr. Tasha, The Millennial Black Professor®—founder of TMBP Media and owner of Left on Read.
This special AMPLIFY 365™ edition features Shawnta Smith, QMHP, LMSW—licensed therapist, founder of The AR.T. Project, and owner of Be Kind Therapy.
Together, we’re opening up a real conversation about mental health in the Black community—what wholeness looks like, how we navigate stigma, and what healing could feel like when we stop surviving and start choosing ourselves.
This event sets the tone for the full 4-part Therapy 101 series happening throughout May, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.
